There is currently the threat of a major hurricane hitting the coast of either NC or SC. And then the storm could make way to the Upstate with heavy winds and torrential rain. Joy Set Entertainment already has a balloon decoration job, a corporate entertainment event involving a balloon twisting class, and a church event with face painting and balloon sculptures. So are we going to be twisting balloons in 60 MPH winds?
First of all, I want to reassure everyone that while we may be serious about silliness, we are also serious about safety. We have already reached out to our scheduled events. Most were moved indoors. And some were rescheduled. We guarantee our shows and we work with some of the best balloon twisters, face painters, caricature artists, magicians, and other award-winning performers in NC and SC to help cover our events. Secondly, we will work with our valued clients to reschedule events. So it doesn’t matter if you are managing a big corporate picnic that gets rained out or if you are a parent worried about your child’s birthday in the middle of a storm.
